Brown Ideye Happy With Olympiakos Win, Wowed By Golden Eaglets Performance

Brown Ideye has admitted that the Olympiakos players had to work their socks off before grinding out a win against Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.
The Nigeria international would have put the Greek champions in front earlier in the second half but fluffed his lines before scoring the match - winner 12 minutes from time.
“The team worked very hard, we made sure that we would win the game and this victory keeps us on course for qualification,” Brown Ideye told UEFA.com.
“I scored a very difficult one. It’s unbelievable .
“Everybody can win or lose a game in this group as proved today. We have to show the same level of attention and dedication in the remaining matches.”
Less than three hours after inspiring The Reds to victory, Ideye watched the Fifa Under 17 World tie between Nigeria and Chile in his hotel room and was impressed with the performance of the lads.
“Watching the Nigeria vs Chile game,this boys are talentedð��ªð��¾ Nigeria is blessed, ” the Olympiakos number 99 tweeted.
The 27 - year - old has turned out for Nigeria at a youth tourney sanctioned by Fifa, the Under 20 World Cup hosted by Canada in 2007.
