Dream Team Star Effiong & Onyeali On Target In Abia Warriors Win

Two second half goals from Ifeanyi Onyeali and Ndifreke Effiong gave Abia Warriors Football Club a 2-0 victory over visiting Lobo Stars of Makurdi in one of the week 34 games of the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League.
Onyeali, who missed Abia Warriors last three league games because of injury, converted a Michael Olaha left wing pullout in the 65th minute for his sixth league goal of the season .
Nigeria Under 23 international Ndifreke Effiong made it 2-0 at the dot of 90 minutes when he took on almost the entire Lobi defence before slotting home past the goalkeeper, Agbo Akoi to the delight of warriors Technical Adviser, Isa Ladan Bosso who had developed some goose pimples before Onyeali broke the deadlock.
In their next fixture, Abia Warriors are guests to relegation - threatened Bayelsa United.
