Sylvester Igboun Looks Ahead To Interesting Game With Izunna Uzochukwu

For the first time in his career, Sylvester Igboun will have the honour of going up against former Midtjylland teammate, Izunna Uzochukwu when FC Ufa clash with Amkar Perm in the Russian Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Both Nigeria internationals were teammates at the Danish club for about nine years but started off at nursery team FC Ebdei, before they moved to Russia in the summer transfer market.
“Football is funny and crazy. Today I am going to be playing against my twin brother for the first time in our career, ” Igboun stated.
“I just can’t imagine seeing myself fight with the ball with my twin brother for 90 minutes
“Interesting though, I look forward to the game in a few hours. I wish us both best of luck in today’s game,Ufa vs Amkar Russian League.”
Sly has 12 appearances to his name in the Russian Premier League while Uzochukwu has played 7 games, bearing in mind that an injury he picked up while on international duty curtailed his appearances.
