Portland Timbers and FC Dallas will contest the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs Western Conference Final after they saw off Vancouver Whitecaps and Seattle Sounders in the last four on Monday morning.
Fanendo Adi contributed to the Timbers success, notching his 17th goal of the season in the 31th minute before Chara doubled the advantage in second - half injury time after being set up by the Nigerian striker.
