Oliseh Names Starting XI To Face Niger; Chikatara & Yaro Benched

Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh will use a 4 -3-3 formation in the national team’s first game at the African Nations Championship versus Niger Republic, with Sunshine Stars duo Prince Aggreh and Tunde Adeniji leading the frontline alongside Osas Okoro.
Ikechukwu Ezenwa starts in goal and providing cover for the Sunshine Stars shot-stopper are Chima Akas, Matthew Etim, Jamiu Alimi and Stephen Eze, who replaces the suspended Austin Oboroakpo.
The starting lineup includes a midfield trio of Paul Onobi, Bartholomew Ibenegbu and Ifeanyi Matthew.
The remaining 11 players not listed above are all on the substitutes bench, including Abia Warriors sensation Chisom Chikatara and Bature Yaro.
