Bartholomew Ogbeche Sure He Will Score Goals For Willem II
Published: January 30, 2016
Bartholomew Ogbeche fired blanks on his debut for Willem II in their goalless draw with Heracles in the Eredivisie on game week 21.
The ex-Cambuur striker only completed one training session with his new employer before stepping out on the Koning Willem II Stadion (Tilburg) pitch on Friday night.
Ogbeche admitted that the game against Heracles was difficult and is confident of opening his goalscoring account in future games.
“It was difficult today. I did not get the ball more often than I’d like. All credits to Heracles. But I’m sure the goals will come,” said Ogbeche to FOX Sports on Friday night.
The Nigeria international signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Willem II on Wednesday, January 27.
