Lukman Haruna Debuts For Kazakhstan Champs FC Astana

Lukman Haruna made his competitive debut for Kazakhstan Premier League champs FC Astana on Wednesday afternoon.
Coach Stanimir Stoilov named the Nigeria international in his starting XI for the game week five clash against Zhetysu and he lasted 58 minutes on the pitch before he was replaced by the Bulgarian manager.
FC Astana defender Yuri Logvinenko popped up with a goal in the 77th minute which decided the outcome of the game.
Lukman Haruna has had loan stints with Hoverla and Anzhi after falling out of favour at Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kiev.
Following their fifth win on the spin, FC Astana have garnered maximum points but are second on the table behind Irtysh, only due to an inferior goal difference.
