Rijeka Flop Theophilus Solomon Ends Five-Month Goal Drought HNK Rijeka loanee Theophilus Solomon ended his five-month goal drought as šibenik shared the spoils with Zadar in the Croatian second-tier on Saturday.

The attacker had not hit target in the league since he scored against Lu�ko on November 7,2015, and spent 950 minutes in total on the pitch before ending his worst run in front of goal in the ongoing season.

Today, Theophilus Solomon rescued a point for šibenik, scoring in the 82nd minute of the contest at Stadion Stanovi (Zadar).

Despite his poor form, the 20-year-old was called up for the international friendly between the Nigeria U23s and Brazil last month, after he was recommended to the Dream Team VI coaches by Colombian match agent Jairo Pachon who represents the striker.

The Football College Abuja product has trained with the Nigeria U17s and U20s in the past but did not make the grade.
