Gabby Agbonlahor Suspended Again By Aston Villa
Published: April 19, 2016
Aston Villa have suspended the former England international of Nigerian descent Gabby Agbonlahor pending an internal investigation by the club.
The relegated English Premier League team have refused to comment on the offense committed by the striker, but only dropped a hint that they are investigating his conduct last weekend.
Several British newspapers, including The Sun, have reported that Agbonlahor held a booze-fuelled laughing gas party on the same day that Aston Villa lost their top-flight status following their 1-0 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The 29-year-old has spent the whole of his professional career with Villa apart from two brief loan spells with Watford and Sheffield Wednesday.
