Exclusive : Watford Will NOT Pay Udinese A Single Euro For Success, Striker Applies For UK Visa
Published: June 26, 2016
Nigeria youth international Isaac Success is inching closer and closer to completing his transfer to Watford from Spanish outfit Granada.
Though the bonafide representatives of the Udinese loanee are still thrashing out personal terms with the Hornets, Success is preparing for his trip to WD18 0ER and will apply for a British visa on Monday, June 27th.
Suggestions that Watford will pay a fee of €11 million to secure the services of the Nigerian talent are wide of the mark, for the simple reason that he has remained on the books of Udinese all this while and the two sister clubs are owned by the Pozzo family.
“Udinese own Isaac Success and will not have to pay a transfer fee to Watford. They have an undisclosed amount that will be paid to BJ Foundation, Benin City, ” Dominic Egbukwu told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We have not agreed personal terms with Watford yet. Success will apply for a UK visa on Monday and will travel to England when he is issued the document to start searching for an apartment. ”
The 20-year-old Success, who spent the last two seasons at Granada, returned to Andalusia, Spain on Thursday.
