Published: August 24, 2016
Flying Eagles skipper Kelechi Nwakali is unhappy with reports which claimed that he is heading to Viking on loan from Arsenal.
The central midfielder has admitted that the Gunners are in talks with a number of clubs over a loan move, but the Norwegian Tippeligaen club are not in the race for his signature.
“Why are they writing these fake stories about me? It is not true I am joining Viking, ” said Kelechi Nwakali to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“There are clubs in Holland who have asked about me but Viking is a lie. ”
Ahead of a switch in the January transfer window, the former Diamond Academy poster boy is training with the youth team of Arsenal.
