10) Fikayo Tomori (Chelsea)

Comments : Barring injury, a certainty to make England’s U20 squad for next year’s Fifa U20 World Cup. Fikayo was the breakout star in Chelsea’s academy last season and went on to make his competitive debut for the Blues on the final day of the season versus Leicester City.
The Calgary-born stopper is forceful, good on 1v1 defending situations, aggressive and can play multiple roles in defense.
