Published: November 04, 2016
Four players of Nigeria descent have been called up to the England U18 and U19 squads ahead of the international break.
Fulham midfielder Adetayo Edun is set to add to his international caps as he has been invited to the U19 team for the UEFA European U19 Championship qualifiers against Wales, Luxembourg and Greece.
Tolaji Bola (Arsenal), Dennis Adeniran (Fulham) and Tariq Uwakwe (Chelsea) are part of the England U18s squad that will face Poland and France in November.
But Manchester City defender Ashinme Kigbu, who traveled with the team to Sweden last month, has not made the group.
Dominic Iorfa and Tammy Abraham were handed call ups to the U21s, while Dominic Solanke, Ovie Ejaria, Ademola Lookman, Josh Onomah and Fikayo Tomori made the U20 roster, bringing the total number of players of Nigerian descent invited to eleven.
