Nigeria Coach Drops Captain, 3 Others As Starting XI Vs Canada Is Named At U20 World CupNigeria U20s coach Peter Dedevbo has made four changes to his starting line-up for the Falconets second group game at the ongoing FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Papua New Guinea 2016.

Sunshine Queens netminder Sandra Chichi, who skippered the team against Japan, has been punished for conceding six goals, with Oyinyechi Okeke replacing her in goal.

Yetunde Adeboyejo (Bayelsa Queens), Patience Kalu (Bayelsa Queens) and Adebisi Hameevah (FC Robo) have been replaced by Kemi Famuditi (Confluence Queens), Joy Bokiri (Bayelsa Queens) and Ihuoma Onyebuchi (Sunshine Queens).

Kazakhstan-based striker Ihezuo will lead the frontline, with Chinaza Uchendu and Bokiri offering her support.

As a result of the absence of Chichi in the starting XI, Nasarawa Amazons defender Ugochi Emenayo will captain the side.
