Arsenal Striker Oshoala, PSG Defender Ebere, Umea IK Veteran Chikwelu Headline Nigeria Roster For AWCON

Super Falcons coach Florence Omagbemi has named a 21-player roster for the upcoming Africa Women’s Cup of Nations that will take place in Cameroon from 19 November – 3 December 2016.
The list is headlined by Arsenal striker Asisat Oshoala, PSG defender Ngozi Ebere, UMEA IK veteran Rita Chikwelu and Swedish-based attacking all-rounder Ngozi Okobi.
Nigeria open group play against Mali at the Stade Municipal de Limbe, Limbe on November 20, before facing off against Ghana, followed by a meeting with Kenya in the same venue.
Out of the 21 players that made the squad list, 12 currently play for clubs outside Nigeria.
Three goalkeepers, seven defenders, six midfielders and five strikers were included in the roster.
