OB Odense Start Running The Rule Over Nigeria Defender Solomon Kwambe
Published: November 21, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Lobi Stars defender Solomon Kwambe has started trials with Danish Superliga club OB Odense, with a view to being offered a contract.
The right fullback departed the shores of Nigeria on Friday night and arrived in Denmark on Saturday morning.
The coach of OB Odense will observe Kwambe at close quarters on Monday afternoon in a reserve team fixture against FC Midtjylland.
If the 23-year-old is offered a contract, he will join fellow Nigeria international Izunna Uzochukwu at EWII Park.
His trials with OB Odense was brokered by Lagos-based agent Michael Nicholas, who was involved in the deal that took Imoh Ezekiel to Standard Liege in 2012.
