OB Odense Set To Make Decision On Nigerian Trialist Kwambe
Published: November 24, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Danish Superliga club OB Odense will make a decision on whether Nigeria international Solomon Kwambe will be offered a contract as from Thursday, November 24.
OB are in the market for a right fullback ahead of the opening of the transfer window and firmed up their interest in the Super Eagles defender by inviting him for trials, which started on Monday.
Kwambe started OB’s 4-1 rout of FC Midtjylland in a reserve league game at EWII Park on Monday, and was studied by the coaching staff for the entire 90 minutes he was on the pitch.
The 23-year-old will train twice with De Stribede on Thursday, in the morning and evening, before the director and coach will hold a meeting with his representative.
The defender, who represented Lobi Stars in the 2016 season, has been impressive so far at training, according to his minders.
