Published: December 01, 2016
Former Real Madrid midfielder Mutiu Adepoju and ex-Barcelona winger Emmanuel Amuneke have shared their thoughts and impressions on the expectations of soccer lovers in Saturday’s El Clásico match in Spain.
Adepoju, who was on the books of Real Madrid from 1989 to 1992, opined that with the approach of the Zinedine Zidane towards every game that he has a chance of coming out victorious.
On the other hand, Flying Eagles coach Amuneke is confident that Barca will get it right at the Camp Nou, though he admitted that they were not impressive enough in their last La Liga match versus Real Sociedad.
“With the right approach from Zizou as Zidane is fondly called Madrid will definitely come out victorious, ” said Adepoju to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Barcelona have not been impressive enough in their past few league games but I am confident the boys will raise their game at the Camp Nou, ” Amuneke said.
Barcelona will be nine points adrift of Real Madrid after 14 rounds if they lose to their bitter rivals at home this weekend.
