Millwall Rising Star Olaofe Solo Effort From 80 Yards Shortlisted For Goal Of The Month

Isaac Olaofe’s goal for Millwall U18s against Worthing Utd in the FA Youth Cup has been nominated for League Football Education Goal of The Month, an award for the most eye-catching goal scored in Under-18 Academy football.
The midfielder ran an astonishing 80-yards, left a trail of defenders on the floor, and then applied a composed finish.
Olaofe has been nominated alongside eight other youngsters : Dan Butterworth (Blackburn Rovers), Hugo Logan (MK Dons), Jack Snelus (Luton Town), Jahvan Davidson (Derby), Owen Darwent (Chesterfield), Reece Williams-Bowers (AFC Wimbledon), Anthony Hartigan (AFC Wimbledon) and Joe Payne (Barnet).
Olaofe scored two goals and provided an assist in the 6-0 rout of Worthing Utd, and also registered his name on the scoresheet against Huddersfield Town and Coventry City.
