Exclusive: Super Eagles GK Akpeyi Signs New Two-Year Deal With Chippa United

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Eagles glovesman Daniel Akpeyi has ended speculation about his future by putting pen to paper on a new two-year contract with South African Premier Division team Chippa United.
The goalkeeper had been offered the new deal by the Chilli Boys towards the end of last month, and finally appended his signature to the contract on Saturday, February 11.
This season, Akpeyi has recorded 17 appearances for Chippa United across all competitions, and has posted four shutouts.
The 30-year-old joined Chippa United from Nigerian side Warri Wolves in 2015, and has established himself as one of the most important members in the squad.
Chippa United face Mamelodi Sundowns in the league on Tuesday.
