South African-Born Winger Ubaezuonu Signs Pro Deal With Irish Champions

League of Ireland Premier Division champions Dundalk F.C. have signed Carlton Ubaezuonu to a new contract.
Midwest Radio 96.1FM has reported that the deal is the 18-year-old’s first professional contract with the Lilywhites.
The winger represented Ballyhaunis Community School team, Lough Harps and Malahide FC before linking up with Dundalk U19s.
Ubaezuonu netted his first goal as a professional in last week’s 4-2 win over St. Patrick’s CY in the Leinster Senior Cup.
Born in South Africa, the teenager is eligible to represent the national teams of South Africa, Republic of Ireland and Nigeria.
