Official : Akpoveta Signs Two-Year Contract With Helsingborgs IF, Handed No. 18 Kit

Helsingborgs IF have announced on their official webpage that Nigerian striker Oke Akpoveta has joined the Superettan club following a successful trial.
The former Warri Wolves star has appended his signature to a two-year contract and joins his new employer from Dalkurd FF.
Apart from a brief spell in Azerbaijan with Ravan Baku in 2014, Akpoveta has represented Scandinavian clubs after he departed the Nigerian Professional Football League.
The 25-year-old first turned out for Brondby before moving to Brønshøj BK, Lyngby BK, IK Frej and Dalkurd FF in that order.
The new Helsingborgs IF recruit will play with the number 18 kit.
