Exclusive : West Brom Scout Moses Simon, Etebo, Super Eagles Stars Against Senegal
Published: March 24, 2017
English Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion are scouring the transfer market for Nigerian stars ahead of the opening of the summer transfer window.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that the Baggies Technical Director Nicky Hammond was among the 2,013 spectators at the Hive Stadium, where Nigeria tackled Senegal in an international friendly on Thursday night.
It is thought that Hammond was at the Hive Stadium to personally check on the progress of winger Moses Simon, who was scouted by West Brom in the Europa League meeting between Gent and Sporting Braga back in September 2016.
Also on display was CD Feirense attacking midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo, who has been linked with a transfer to the Premier League in recent weeks, with Arsenal and Leicester City credited with an interest.
Moses Simon was replaced by Watford striker Isaac Success after an hour, while Etebo was in action for thirty minutes.
