Queens Park Rangers loanee Olamide Shodipo found the net as Republic of Ireland beat Kosovo 1-0 in a  2019 UEFA U21 Championships qualifier at Tallaght Stadium.

The 19-year-old winger poked home from close range in the 56th minute. Shodipo put in a full shift.

Elsewhere, Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori assisted goalkeeper Dean Henderson to post a shutout in England U20s 1-0 win over France in the Four Nations Tournament taking place in France ahead of this summer’s World Cup.

Teammates Ademola Lookman (Everton) and Dominic Solanke (Chelsea) were introduced in the 46th and 58th minute respectively, Spurs midfielder Josh Onomah was an unused substitute.

Tottenham Hotspur young defender Timothy Eyoma logged 90 minutes and was on target in the 29th minute as England U17 hammered Slovenia 4-0 to qualify for the Euro U17 Championship finals.
