Barcelona Superstar Messi Sends Nigerian Twitter Into Meltdown After Scoring 500th Goal

Lionel Messi sent Nigerian Twitter into a frenzy on Sunday night after scoring his 500th goal in a Barcelona shirt in their 3-2 win over bitter rivals Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Messi is the leading scorer in the El Clasico with 23 goals in 34 matches, with Alfredo di Stefano (18 goals) and Cristiano Ronaldo (16 goals) in second and third position respectively.
The Barcelona number ten is trending in Nigeria and several fans have showed their admiration for the Argentinian superstar.
