For Third Straight Season Nigerian Striker Is Second Highest Scorer In U23 League In England

For the third season in a row, a Nigerian striker ended the season as the second highest goalscorer in the Professional Development League 2 in England.
Queens Park Rangers striker Ebere Eze netted 13 goals from 22 appearances, and was the second leading marksman behind George Hirst of Sheffield Wednesday.
The 18-year-old, who trained with the Super Eagles in March during their training camp in London, made his debut for the first team of QPR in January.
Last season, Charlton Athletic wonderkid Joshua Umerah was second in the goalscorer charts, with 15 goals to his name.
Jermaine Udumaga netted 13 goals while wearing the jersey of Brentford during the 2014-2015 season.
