Man City Midfielder Who Is Eager To Play For Nigeria Nets Winner Against Liverpool

Manchester City concluded their season with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Liverpool in the U18 Premier League on Saturday afternoon at the Academy Stadium.
The highly-rated midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru, who said he would love to play for the Super Eagles in future, opened the scoring in the 32nd minute when he cut in from the left and fired past the Irish goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
He was officially named Man of the Match by the official website of City for carrying the ball forward excellently in the number ten role he played today.
Liverpool searched for an equalizer in the second half but their strikers were kept at bay by the impressive Nigerian defender Nathanael Ogbeta.
Manchester City finished third on the table with 14 points accumulated from the seven games they contested in the elite round.
