Published: July 01, 2017
Retired Nigeria international Michael Emenalo is delighted with Chelsea's capture of Willy Caballero, and has stated that the Argentine netminder is experienced.
One of the worst kept secrets in the summer transfer window was the imminent arrival of Caballero, and Chelsea finally confirmed the signing of the goalkeeper on Saturday, July 1, a day after his contract with Manchester City expired.
''We are very happy to have Willy on board. He knows the Premier League and is tried and tested at the top of the game,'' Emenalo told Chelsea's official webpage.
'We have three experienced goalkeepers and we look forward to welcoming him to the club when the squad returns to pre-season training.''
