Published: September 19, 2017
Italy international Lorenzo Pellegrini is set to reject the chance to join Manchester United in the summer.
Reports in Corriere dello Sport claim that the Roma midfielder wants to continue his career with the capital outfit.
Red Devils talent spotters were at the Stadio Olimpico to run the rule over Pellegrini in Roma's Champions League meeting with Atlético Madrid on September 12, and also watched him against Hellas Verona this past weekend.
Lorenzo Pellegrini returned to Roma in the summer of 2017, after the club exercised the €10 million buy back clause included in his transfer agreement with Sassuolo.
The 21-year-old represented Italy at the 2017 European Championships, and wrote his name on the score-sheet against Denmark in the group stage.
