Nigeria International Striker Scores Brilliant Bicycle Kick For Brighton & Hove
Published: October 01, 2017Brighton & Hove Albion made it two wins in as many matches in the FA Women's Super League 2 after beating Durham Women 3-2 at Culver Road (Lancing, West Sussex) on Sunday afternoon.
Nigeria international striker Ini Umotong was among the scorers for the Seagulls, netting for the second consecutive game in the 27th minute.
Umotong doubled Brighton & Hove Albion's advantage with a brilliant overhead kick which left Alderson with no chance.
Gibbons and Buet were Albion's other scorers, while Beth Hepple bagged a brace for the Wildcats, including a brilliant free-kick just before the hour mark.
Ini Umotong scored forty five minutes into her competitive debut for Brighton & Hove Albion in their 1-0 win over Aston Villa on the opening day of the season on September 24.
The 23-year-old, who was born in Calabar, has logged 135 minutes since the start of this season.
