Sunderland On Verge Of Announcing The Signing Of Chelsea Defender

EFL Championship side Sunderland are on the verge of announcing the signing of Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter.
According to Roker Report, Jake Clarke-Salter is set to seal a loan move to Sunderland for the rest of the season and become Chris Coleman's first signing since taking charge of the troubled Black Cats.
An England U20 international, he helped the Young Lions win the Fifa U20 World Cup in South Korea, partnering Blues teammate Fikayo Tomori in central defense.
He made his professional debut in Chelsea's 4–0 victory at Aston Villa on April 2, 2016, and has appeared two times for the first team to date.
Jake Clarke-Salter spent the whole of the 2016-2017 campaign on loan at Bristol City, for whom he made 13 appearances.
Nigerian wonderkids Josh Maja and Joel Asoro are on the books of Sunderland.
