Arsenal Superstar Transfer To Manchester United Imminent, Leaves Team Hotel
Published: January 20, 2018
Chile superstar Alexis Sanchez will not have a chance to say goodbye to the Arsenal fans on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium when they take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
The Arsenal number seven trained with other first-teamers in their last session on Friday after working out with the youth-team players earlier this week.
According to The Mirror, Sanchez had been named in the provisional squad but got a call and said goodbye to his team mates just before 11pm and left the team hotel
Statements of Arsene Wenger, Pep Guardiola and José Mourinho strongly suggest that the winger will complete his move to Manchester United before the close of the transfer window.
Arsenal are in advanced talks with United's Armenia star Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and are plotting a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Alexis Sanchez also had a concrete offer from Manchester City but snubbed their advances.
