Nigeria Whizkids On Target As Arsenal, Chelsea U18s Record Wins

Two talented Nigerian midfielders in the shape of Bukayo Saka and Faustino Anjorin were on target for Arsenal and Chelsea U18s respectively on Saturday.
The Gunners, who last won the FA Youth Cup in 2009, are through to the next round after beating Liverpool 3-2 after extra time in an entertaining game at Anfield.
Arsenal avoided exiting the competition when substitute Saka equalized with a powerful strike in the 85th minute to make it 2-2, then John-Jules netted the winner on 97 minutes after he was fed by the Nigerian.
Xavier Amaechi started for the Gunners, Tobi Omole entered into the fray in the second half, while goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo watched proceedings from the bench.
Elsewhere, Chelsea extended their lead at the top of the U18 Premier League table thanks to their 2-0 win over Norwich City.
Faustino Anjorin netted for the third straight game in the 29th minute to give the defending champions the lead.
Adam Idah and Timi Odusina went the distance for the Canaries.
