Talented Wolves Midfielder Called Up To United States Squad For Costa Rica Friendly

Promising Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Owen Otasowie has been invited to the United States U18s team.
The 16-year-old qualifies to play for Nigeria through and his parents, and England under the current residency rule.
U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team head coach Omid Namazi has selected Otasowie among the nine midfielders named to the 24-player roster.
With the domestic training camp scheduled to begin in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, it is unclear at this point if the midfielder would attend the get-together due to club commitments.
Only yesterday, he started for Wolves U18s against Sunderland in an U18 Premier League tie at the Academy of Light.
The United States U18s will play two games against Costa Rica during the training camp which ends on February 12.
It is confirmed that Everton, Juventus, Ajax and Schalke are monitoring the situation of Owen Otasowie , with a view to a transfer in the near future.
