Super Eagles Young Star Ebuehi Reveals His Dream Is To Play In The World Cup
Published: April 06, 2018
ADO Den Haag young defender Tyronne Ebuehi has reiterated that he wants to represent Nigeria at the World Cup.
Speaking about his ambitions for the end of the season, the right-back also revealed that he wants to help ADO Den Haag qualify for next season's Europa League before taking the next step in his career.
If not for injury and an indirect card suspension that saw him miss two matches, he has started 27 games out of a possible 29 matches for ninth on the table ADO Den Haag, who are just three points out of a Europa League playoff spot.
''It's going very well, yes, we do not have to look down any more and everything is quiet around the club, which of course we are not satisfied with,'' Ebuehi told ADO Den Haag's official website.
''If we pick up more momentum after the loss against AZ, we can play European football.
''It would be something nice to play European football and the World Cup. Yes, the dream would be complete. ''
Ebeuhi made his full debut for the Super Eagles in their 2-0 loss to Serbia in a pre-World Cup friendly held in London last month.
