Ninety-Nine CCTV Cameras To Be Installed In Super Eagles Training Ground For World CupAbout one hundred CCTV cameras will be installed in the Essentuki-Arena, where the Super Eagles will train during the 2018 World Cup in Russia, first deputy head of the city administration Yevgeny Gerasimov stated in Yessentuki on Wednesday, April 11.

Gerasimov made the disclosure at a meeting of the city's anti-terrorism commission on the readiness of the football ground.

On May 30, the site will be handed to Fifa and the arrival of the fans in Essentuki is expected after June 10.

''More than 24.2 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget for organizing the security system, including video surveillance, 99 cameras will be installed for more than 12 million rubles,'' Gerasimov told Russian News Agency TASS.

Head of the city, Alexander Nekristov added: ''Of the five training grounds for the championship built at Kavminvody, only Yessentuki entered this program, we will represent the region and must ensure the reception and, of course, the safety of guests and fans''.

The Super Eagles will play against Croatia (June 16), Iceland (June 22) and Argentina (June 26) in Kaliningrad, Volgograd and St. Petersburg respectively.
