Meeting Of Three Former Golden Eaglets Stars : Watford Coach Wary Of Leicester's Iheanacho Threat
Published: November 30, 2018
Watford manager Javi Gracia spoke with members of the written press in England ahead of his side's Premier League clash at Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.
Three former Golden Eaglets stars in Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho and Isaac Success are in line to feature for their respective teams at the King Power Stadium.
Gracia has warned his players of the threat the Leicester City strikers, including Iheanacho, can pose.
This season, the Foxes number eight has missed only one match from a possible sixteen in all competitions and is expected to get some minutes against the Hornets tomorrow.
''They have good players. You see sometimes they play with Okazaki, sometimes with Vardy, other times with a second striker in Iheanacho and also Maddison,'' Gracia told reporters.
''They have many different options and are well organised. I like the way they are playing this season. It will be a very demanding game for us.
''We are looking forward to that game and we will try to get a good result.''
Kelechi Iheanacho failed to find the back of the net in his two previous matches against Watford, while Isaac Success would be hoping to play his first game against the Foxes.
