The English FA are making moves to recruit the services of Manchester United's Nigerian eligible starlet Hamzat Balogun, it has been uncovered.
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that the precociously gifted Balogun will be attending an England U-15 camping exercise after receiving a call up from manager Lee Skyrme.
Balogun has been described as a hard tackling versatile defender who can play across the defending line: left back, right back and central defense.
The youngster has been a revelation in the Red Devils youth set up and featured for the club in this year's edition of the Mediterranean International Cup in Spain, a tourney considered the most prestigious in youth football in the globe.
Born in 2004, he has maintained an upward trajectory in Manchester United's youth sides and could be promoted to the U18 team in the coming seasons.
Manchester United U18 stars of Nigerian descent Shola Shoretire, Deji Sotona and Dillon Hoogewerf have caps for the youth teams of England, Republic of Ireland and Netherlands respectively.
