Alebiosu Hints At Arsenal Stay : Winger Who Models His Game After Iwobi Returns For Pre-season
Published: July 29, 2020
Nigerian youngster Ryan Alebiosu has given the biggest hint yet that his future lies with Arsenal, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The 18-year-old was one of the players retained by Arsenal for the upcoming season, with the north London club offering him his first professional contract.
But there has been no official word from the Emirates Stadium outfit as to whether or not Alebiosu accepted the offer.
Uncertainty over his future is beginning to clear after he was spotted training with the Arsenal U23 squad at Arsenal Training Center on Tuesday, July 28.
Alebiosu wore an U23 jersey number, 36, during the workout at London Colney.
In the curtailed Academy season, the versatile winger represented the Gunners in the U18 Premier League, U18 Premier League Cup, Premier League 2, Premier League International Cup and FA Youth Cup.
Alebiosu has played nonstop at Arsenal since the age of seven and has admitted that he's similar in style to Alex Iwobi when he plays on the wing.
