Ighalo Finishes Fifth On Manchester United Scoring Chart For 2019-20 Season
Published: August 18, 2020
Manchester United have officially informed that French striker Anthony Martial ended the 2019-2020 season as the club's top scorer with 23 goals in all competitions.
In second place is Marcus Rashford with 22 goals, while teenage striker Mason Greenwood comes next with 17 goals.
Two arrivals in the January transfer window in the shape of Bruno Fernandes and Odion Ighalo made it to the top five goalscorers for United despite missing the first half of the season.
While the Portuguese attacking midfielder tallied 12 goals in 22 games, the Nigerian bagged 5 goals in 19 matches of which only five were starts.
Scott McTominay also scored five over the course of the season but played more games, 37 in total.
