Official : Kano Pillars confirm signing of Super Eagles captain
With a statement on their official website, Nigeria Professional Football League powerhouse Kano Pillars have announced the signing of free agent Ahmed Musa.

The Super Eagles captain is returning for a second stint with Kano Pillars as he played for the club  in 2009 where he ended the season as the top scorer in the Nigeria Professional Football League with 18 goals before moving to VVV-Venlo in the Netherlands.

The executive Governor of Kano state, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje will unveil the winger before the commencement of the second stanza of the league.

Musa has been signed as an elite player of the Nigeria Professional Football League until the end of the 2020-2021 season.

Kano Pillars and Musa have both agreed that he would be released by the club anytime the player got an offer.

The 28-year-old, Nigeria's most capped player still active, previously turned out for CSKA Moscow, Leicester City and Al-Nassr.
