'Good signing from QPR' - Ex-Palace striker tips Eze to become a Premier League superstar
Published: April 26, 2021Former Crystal Palace striker Clinton Morrison reckons that Eberechi Eze is an English Premier League superstar in the making.
The retired Republic of International has been impressed by the attitude and displays of the England U21 international since his switch from Queens Park Rangers last summer.
Eze was in fine form despite the Eagles losing 2-1 to Leicester City tonight, and provided the assist for the opening goal netted by Wilfried Zaha in the 12th minute.
Since making his Premier League debut on the opening day of the season, the Nigeria Football Federation target, who has been deployed as an attacking midfielder and winger, has only missed two league games, signalling that he is key to the plans of manager Roy Hodgson.
"Eze has had a really good season," Morrison said on Premier League Productions on Monday evening.
"He's been a really good signing from Queens Park Rangers, I think he's going to be a superstar in the Premier League for many years.
"He works ever so hard and that's what yo have to do in Roy Hodgson's team but going forward he can make things happen".
