Club insider reveals Leicester City target Madueke wants to leave PSV Eindhoven
Published: May 11, 2021
Marco Timmer, PSV Eindhoven insider and journalist at Voetbal International, has revealed that Anglo-Nigerian winger Nonso Madueke wants to leave PSV if he is not guaranteed a place in the starting lineup.
The England U21 international has proven to be very, very good when given the opportunity, but doesn't start many games, making the starting XI eleven times from a possible 45 in all competitions this season.
Madueke is reportedly on the radar of the likes of Leicester City and Borussia Dortmund ahead of the reopening of the transfer window.
"He absolutely wants more playing time. He once chose PSV because he wanted to develop in the first team. He really wants to leave if he doesn't play," Timmer said on VI Live via Voetbal Primeur.
"There will come a time when you cannot say no. If Leicester City wants to pay 20 million, you can't say no.
"There are a lot of Champions League clubs who think of him and he is worth a lot of money.
"A club like Arsenal who comes to rattle with the money bag, then what? "

Madueke has contributed to seventeen goals (9 goals, 8 assists) in 31 matches so far this season.
