Everton eyeing Super Eagle as potential replacement for Chelsea, Spurs target Richarlison
Published: June 17, 2022
Everton have set their sights on Nigeria international Emmanuel Dennis if Brazilian attacker Richarlison moves on to pastures new in the summer.
The Daily Mail claims that the Watford star is on the Toffees list of transfer targets if Richarlison leaves Everton before the close of the summer transfer window.
Richarlison is reportedly among the eighteen players on Chelsea's transfer wishlist this summer, and has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Should Dennis move to Everton, he would be following a similar path to Richarlison, who himself was poached by the Goodison Park outfit after impressing at Watford and spending just one season there.
The Super Eagle caught the eye playing for a struggling team in his maiden season in the Premier League, racking up thirty three appearances in which he notched ten goals and provided six assists.
Watford are open to the idea of selling Dennis, which would free up funds to sign other players.
The former Club Brugge man, who is under contract until June 30, 2026, is valued at £20 million by Watford.
