Official : Promising central midfielder signs new contract with Chelsea
Published: August 08, 2022Through their official website, Chelsea have announced that promising central midfielder Billy Gee has signed a new deal with the club.
The England U17 international has put pen to paper on his first professional contract with Chelsea, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until at least the end of the 2024-2025 season.
Gee has been with Chelsea since U8 level and came through the development centre programme.
Last season, he represented Chelsea in the U18 Premier League, FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League, making twenty one appearances combined in the three competitions.
He was a non-playing substitute substitute against Crystal Palace and Manchester City in the Premier League 2 and Bristol Rovers in the Papa John's Trophy.
Chelsea's development squad start the new season with a trip to Aggborough Stadium in Kidderminster, where they do battle with Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League 2.
