Super Eagles squad numbers for AFCON: Iwobi switches number; Aribo gets iconic No. 10; Osimhen 9, Yusuf 4

The Confederation of African Football on Saturday revealed the numbers of all the players taking part in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Each country is permitted to submit a final squad of up to 27 players; with only 23 available for selection for each match during the tournament which kicks off in Ivory Coast on Saturday, January 13.
Southampton midfielder Joe Aribo will be wearing his familiar number 10 jersey previously worn with pride by past AFCON winners Austin Jay-Jay Okocha and John Ob Mikel.
Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong, Semi Ajayi, Ahmed Musa, Kelechi Iheanacho, Moses Simon, Chidozie Awaziem and Kenneth Omeruo are keeping the same number they wore at the last Africa Cup of Nations.
Aina has been assigned number 2, Troost-Ekong 5, Ajayi 6, Iheanacho 14, Simon 15 while Awaziem and Omeruo have been allocated number 20 and 22 respectively.
Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman will wear number 18 and Alex Iwobi, the previous owner of the shirt, has switched to number 17, which he wore at Arsenal and Everton.
The number 4 kit, left vacant with the withdrawal of Wilfred Ndidi, has been handed to his replacement Alhassan Yusuf, while Victor Osimhen will keep his number 9 shirt.
Another player switching number is Omonia Nicosia's Francis Uzoho who changes from 23 to 1.
