Agent names Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City as clubs that can afford Osimhen; rules out Arsenal, Spurs

Football agent Paolo Palermo has named Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Liverpool as the four clubs that can afford Victor Osimhen while ruling out Arsenal and Tottenham's financial capacity to sign the Nigerian striker.
Osimhen's future is set to be another talking point in the next transfer window as he has hinted that he may leave Napoli come the end of the season with the Premier League being his likeliest destination.
It is no news that the Super Eagles forward is on the wishlist of Chelsea and Arsenal while he has also previously been linked with Liverpool and Manchester United.
Speaking on the future of the 25-year-old, Palermo has spoken about the chances of the Premier League teams that can afford his services.
The agent named the two Manchester clubs and two others as those that can pay his valuation.
"I've said since he renewed that he was leaving. Extending it for just one year means having already sold him, otherwise they would renew it for four years," Palermo told TV Play’s Twitch channel, via TEAMtalk.
"They put the card on the player and also on the player's contract.
"I think someone has already joined; I think Chelsea. Those who can spend €120-130m are Chelsea, City, United, and Liverpool, I don't think Arsenal. Tottenham could also do it but they have a salary cap of €6-7m, Osimhen already earns €10m."
Osimhen has a release clause in his new contract which has been claimed to be around €120m.
While it appears that the Nigerian striker will leave Napoli in the summer, he has declared his commitment to the defending Serie A champions for the rest of the season.
