'Just imagine Mbappe and Bellingham' - Super Falcons GK Nnadozie predicts Real Madrid will be unstoppable
Published: June 03, 2024
In one of the worst kept secrets of the summer transfer window, European powerhouse Real Madrid have finally confirmed the capture of France superstar Kylian Mbappé, who is considered one of the best three players on the planet.
Two days after Los Blancos won the UEFA Champions League for the fifteenth time in their history, they have strengthened the squad with the signing of the 1998 World Cup winner on a five-year contract.
Real Madrid held a long-term interest in Mbappé and finally got the marquee forward after seven years, signing him on a free transfer from Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Mbappé is the second galactico Real Madrid have acquired in back-to-back seasons, after England sensation Jude Bellingham, who played a pivotal role in Los Blancos winning La Decimoquinta, registering four goals and four assists in eleven Champions League games.
Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has highlighted the potential impact of Mbappe's move to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, stating that it would propel Real Madrid to unrivaled global football supremacy.
Speaking after Real Madrid's win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League final on Saturday, Nnadozie said on SuperSport: "Real Madrid have so many stars, sometimes you don't even know who to pick. They have Jude Bellingham, they have Vinícius Júnior. Crazy.
"They are still hungry to sign top talented players. Just imagine Mbappé and Bellingham on the turf. It is going to be crazy. I don't think any team can stop them."
Mbappé scored 256 goals in 308 games during his seven-year association with Paris Saint-Germain.
