Tottenham open talks with Bournemouth over the signing of N131.7b-rated Anglo-Nigerian striker

According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham Hotspur have opened talks with Bournemouth over the possibility of signing Anglo-Nigerian striker Dominic Solanke.
The north London club are prepared to add a striker to their squad this summer and are exploring the possibility of signing the former England youth international who was one of the standout strikers in the Premier League last season.
Bournemouth still want to retain the services of the Chelsea academy product but that would be difficult if Spurs decided to trigger his £65m (approximately N131.7 billion in Nigerian currency) release clause and if the player is also keen on leaving.
Ange Postecoglou has confirmed that his side are in need of a striker and will relish the opportunity of signing Solanke who outscored all Tottenham's players last season.
Only Son Heung-Min who scored 17 goals came close to matching his tally of 19 goals and a move to Spurs represent another opportunity to prove himself with another Premier League giant after failing to do so at Chelsea and Liverpool.
The 26-year-old will be expected to challenge Richarlison for a place in the starting line up provided the latter doesn't move elsewhere as he has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia.
Solanke has also been linked with Arsenal who are also said to be in need of a striker but there is no tangible development regarding that at the moment.
