PL all-time record scorer reveals why Aina has been included in TOTW containing Chelsea, Spurs stars

English Premier League's record goalscorer, Alan Shearer has revealed his Team of the Week following the conclusion of the matchday ten fixtures.
Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal), Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City), Ola Aina and Taiwo Awoniyi (Nottingham Forest), Paul Onuachu, Joe Aribo and Lesley Ugochukwu (Southampton), Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey were the Super Eagles-eligible players in action in the last round of matches.
Of the aforementioned players, only Aina was considered worthy enough to be included in the Premier League Team of the Week.
Seven different clubs have contributed players to the Team of the Week, namely Southampton, Nottingham Forest, AFC Bournemouth, Fulham, Newcastle United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
Moises Caicedo is Chelsea's sole representative, while Tottenham Hotspur's cap-tied England international of Nigerian descent Dominic Solanke cracked the Team of the Week following his second half brace in the big win versus Aston Villa.
Against the Hammers, Ola Aina rounded off the scoring with the pick of the goals in the 78th minute when he bulldozed his way through before firing a shot into the top corner from the edge of the penalty area to seal the win.
The Chelsea academy product registered four tackles, bettered by only one player Nicolás Domínguez, while making one interception and a clearance.
Explaining his decision to name Aina in his Team of the Week managed by Bournemouth's Andoni Iraola, Shearer said: "Scored a sensational goal in the victory over West Ham and was part of a solid defensive display from Nottingham Forest."
